  • MIKE EVERRITT

    CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER | WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISOR

    Mike is passionate about helping clients grow and protect their wealth through disciplined, customized investment management. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has built a reputation for designing portfolios that balance opportunity with risk, tailored to the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

    He specializes in portfolio construction and custom investment selection—carefully blending equities, fixed income, and alternative strategies to match each client’s time horizon, cash flow needs, and comfort with risk. Mike believes that no two investors are alike, and his strength lies in translating complex market insights into clear, actionable strategies. From creating diversified growth portfolios to building income-focused solutions for retirement, his focus is always on implementation and measurable results.

    Beyond investments, Mike brings broad financial planning experience that helps clients see how their portfolios fit into the bigger picture. Whether it’s tax-sensitive strategies, protecting against market downturns, or aligning investments with life goals, his approach is both comprehensive and highly personalized.

    Mike began his career in financial services in 2003, advancing from mortgage brokerage to financial planning leadership roles before deciding in 2016 to go independent. This independence allows him to offer clients a wider range of strategies, solutions, and investment platforms without the limitations of a single firm.

    Outside of work, Mike enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Melanie, and their two children.

    Mike holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 2-14, and 2-40 licenses and is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute.

  • SOPHIA BELILOVSKIY

    CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER | WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISOR

    With a strong foundation in finance and a client-first philosophy, I help individuals and families navigate the complexities of wealth management and financial planning with clarity and confidence. I began my career in the financial services industry in 2020, starting in investment operations and transitioning into an advisory role in 2024. That journey led me to launch my own independent practice, where I specialize in investment management and comprehensive, relationship-driven financial planning.

    I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Finance and MBA from the University of Tampa, and I hold the Series 7, Series 66, and 2-15 License. As a fiduciary advisor, I’m committed to always acting in the best interest of my clients — with transparency, care, and a long-term perspective.

    What sets our practice apart is our emphasis on white-glove service. We go beyond the portfolio, collaborating with a network of professionals including CPAs and estate planning attorneys to deliver fully integrated strategies tailored to each client’s life. Our team includes several experienced advisors, a dedicated client service associate, and access to a robust suite of institutional-level resources — giving clients a boutique experience with big-firm support.

    My passion for this work comes from a personal place: a family experience made me realize how vital strong financial planning is to peace of mind and long-term success. That experience drives me to educate, guide, and empower others so they can avoid common pitfalls and retire with confidence.

    When I’m not working with clients, you can find me spending time with my family in Sarasota, reading, traveling, or relaxing on the beach.

  • ERIK FISCHER, CFP ®, RICP®, TPCP®

    RETIREMENT SPECIALIST |  WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISOR

    Erik began his career at Accenture Management Consulting, helping Fortune 100 companies solve large and complex problems, both financial and operational – working with clients such as Heinz, Target, USPS, Time Warner Cable and many others. 

    In 2015, Erik took that skill set into private practice and has since helped hundreds of individuals solve financial problems and take advantage of opportunities through improved strategy and process.   Beginning with the end in mind and driven by process, Erik helps his clients increase clarity within their personal finances and more importantly reach their goals by both planning for immediate results as well as implementing advanced, long-term strategies in complex areas, specializing in retirement.  

    Erik produces measurable results through a client centric retirement planning process, with the goal in mind to maximize future income, liquidity, and legacy, while building in maximum control and flexibility along the way.  His belief is that almost always, retirement is the most difficult personal financial problem to solve; and if it can be solved, then other planning decisions become easier.  Most importantly, solving the question of retirement tends to bring significant peace of mind.  To sum it up, his daily focus is helping people retire on time and on target.

    Erik’s passion for his work, communication skills, grasp of markets and economic strategy, use of technology, and most importantly desire to serve has brought him a diverse and successful clientele across the country that includes corporate executives, successful business owners, and highly credentialed professionals across the country.  He has utilized his experience to become a national trainer for Wealth Building Cornerstones, a comprehensive retirement income software, and co-founder of The GoldFisch Method – a client segmentation software that helps advisors serve better and grow faster.

    Erik is a registered investment and insurance advisor and has a book of business that spans from coast to coast.  He has been a CFP® Professional since 2017 and in 2022 added his RICP®, and his TPCP® (tax planning certified professional) designation from the American College in 2025

    Erik serves as a board member for A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay and the Round of a Lifetime Foundation. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Melanie, his two daughters Shayla and Devy, his extended family and friends.  He loves watching NFL football, cooking, and spending time out on the water in Sarasota.

  • ALISA BRAYTON

    CLIENT SERVICE ASSOSIATE

    Alisa Brayton is a Client Service Associate who works closely with the SPE advisors and clients to deliver organized, reliable, and personalized support. Born and raised in Iowa City, Iowa, Alisa brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to results to everything she does.

    After completing her studies at Kirkwood Community College, Alisa gained hands-on financial experience in accounting at Hy-Vee. She then advanced into property management, serving as an Assistant Property Manager in student housing, where she oversaw financial operations and sharpened her problem-solving skills.

    Alisa continues to work with authenticity, care, and dedication. She combines her financial knowledge, attention to detail, and passion for client service to ensure advisors and their clients receive the highest level of support.
